Maintaining optimal physical condition is an essential requirement for football players in order to achieve maximum performance during training and competition. This study aimed to analyze the physical fitness condition profile of SSB Sempati Muda athletes in the under-15 age category. The research employed a quantitative descriptive design to provide an objective overview of the athletes’ physical fitness levels. The study involved 20 U-15 players of SSB Sempati Muda located at Adi Karsa Field, Patikraja Village, Patikraja District, Banyumas Regency. The data used in this research were quantitative data collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and physical fitness testing. The sampling technique applied was simple random sampling. The instrument used was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) to measure several physical fitness components, including VO₂Max endurance, sprint speed, agility, and lower limb explosive power. Instrument validity and reliability tests were also conducted. Data analysis was performed descriptively using percentage calculations assisted by Microsoft Excel. The results showed that VO₂Max performance was predominantly in the moderate category (30%), the 50-meter sprint speed test was dominated by the very poor category (55%), the shuttle run agility test achieved the very good category (40%), and the vertical jump power test was mostly categorized as moderate (35%). These findings indicate that agility represents the strongest physical component, while sprint speed remains the weakest among the athletes. The study concludes that the physical fitness condition of SSB Sempati Muda U-15 players is generally moderate and still requires improvement, particularly in speed, endurance, and explosive power development. The findings can serve as a reference for coaches in designing more focused and systematic training programs.
