Implementation of Football Heading Games For Student Athletes of Club ABT Kota Intan

This study aims to examine soccer heading techniques in student athletes of the ABT Kota Intan Football Club. Heading is a crucial skill in soccer, requiring coordination, strength, and tactical understanding. This study used an experimental method of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design, with a population of soccer heading for student athletes of Club ABT Kota Intan totaling 38 students and using a sample of 38 people or total sampling. The results of the study showed that the application of soccer heading games, namely heading in pairs, triangle heading and volleyball heading turned out to have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of heading in soccer heading for student athletes of Club ABT Kota Intan. This study recommends preparing materials that are appropriate to the characteristics of the material and students.The abstract contains a brief. The calculation results in the table above show that the average soccer heading test score before the implementation of the soccer heading games (pairs heading, triangle heading, and volleyball heading) during the pre-test was 8.3 with a standard deviation of 1.1, a maximum score of 11 and a minimum score of 7. The average soccer heading test score after the implementation of the soccer heading games (pairs heading, triangle heading, and volleyball heading) during the post-test was 11.75 with a standard deviation of 1.01, a maximum score of 14 and a minimum score of 10. The percentage increase in learning outcomes in heading during the pre-test, before the implementation of the soccer heading games (pairs heading, triangle heading, and volleyball heading) and volleyball heading games) and post-test, after the implementation of soccer heading games (pair heading games, triangle heading games, and volleyball heading games) was 40.2%.
